Ground Floor Renovation Work: To Construct First Floor Building with large span columns, Ground Floor columns were strengthened. New Column was constructed inside the home using ISMB Section to increase the load bearing capacity at Ground Floor level. Column Retrofitting work is done for existing outer columns at ground floor level using Steel Plate Jacketing method based on the recommendation from Structural Engineer.

RENOVATION WORKS @ PALLAVARAM

15 Year Old Ground Floor Building (1500 Sq.ft Built-up Area) with 2 Rental Portions was Renovated.

One of the Bedrooms & Attached Toilet had Sagging Floor complaint. Complete Bedroom & Bathroom was renovated by Consolidating the Foundation Soil and repairing the Plinth Beams wherever required. Fresh Tiles were laid after completion of the bedroom floor repair.
Terrace Floor was completely damaged. We removed all the damaged mortars, Waterproofing was done in the Terrace Slab and laid fresh Screed Concrete with Waterproof admixtures.
We observed Ceiling Plastering damage issue since the plastering in the old building was done without hacking the ceiling. We repaired the damaged ceiling plastering areas by removing the existing plastering.
We observed multiple wall cracks in the existing building. Waterproofing was done to repair all the Cracks

TERRACE RENOVATION WORKS - Service Apartment @ Chengalpattu

Issue Faced: 4000 Sq.ft Terrace Area was observed leakages issue inside the building

Old Weathering Course tiles were removed from the floor and all the cement mortars were chipped and cleaned
Complete Waterproofing was done in the Terrace Floor Slab. New Screed Concrete Formation was done and further Cool Roof Tiles were laid to protect the Terrace.
